- Choose a plan - Explore all of our money-saving Pure Savings Plans and use our handy
water calculator to figure out which Pure Savings Plan fits your needs.
- Choose a water cooler - Our Pure Savings Plans provide free use of a premium quality
water cooler. Get detailed information and photos of water coolers to find one that works for you.
- Stock up - In addition to your spring water delivery, you can also stock up on various
selections of sparkling water, mineral waters, coffee products, and Super C vitamin drink mixes.
Receiving Your First Delivery
One the delivery date you've selected, we'll drop off your first delivery of water and a new water cooler if
you've selected one. You are only required to be home to receive a delivery if we are arriving to set up or pick up a water
cooler at your home. You do not need to be at home to receive regular deliveries, simply leave your empty water bottles at a
pre-arranged location and we will replace them with your new delivery.
You'll also receive a printed water delivery schedule that will tell you exactly when you will receive your upcoming
deliveries. You can access your up-to-date delivery schedule online at any time once you've created an account at
eservice.ozarkawater.com.
Managing Your Account Online
You can manage your account online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. After you receive your first water delivery, you can
create an account at eservice.ozarkawater.com
where you can view your bills, modify your upcoming deliveries, and add other great products like our popular On-The-Go
sizes, sparkling water, or even Starbucks® coffee! It's a great time-saver!
